Fondant Cake Class

These are fondant cakes I made in a cake class I took recently. I had a great teacher!

These are a couple of Amy's cakes I helped her with. I can't take much credit, because she did most of it herself, but I was there for moral support :) I made the chocolate ducks and cats for the cupcakes. Great job Amy! They all look amazing!!!

The daisy cake was for one of my best friend's birthday! Of course I had Amy's help! I made the volleyball cakes for senior night at a local high school with Amy's help! My fabulous teacher did the awesome writing!! Amy and I decorated the cookies for Christmas, they tasted wonderful! Amy did such a great job baking!! The present cake was for a birthday party, the small round flower cake was just an extra cake I decorated and brought for some friends to eat. The last cake is my superman cake I made for a little guy I babysit! Amy helped me bake and decorate all of these! You rock Amy! Thanks!!

Cakes with Amy

I've been working on cakes with a good friend, Amy, and here are 3 of them. The Monster's Inc was her first one, then we stacked one for her husband's birthday. The yellow one, is a strawberry cake covered with lemon fondant-probably ones of the best cakes I've ever had!! Amy also helped me with the ladybug cake! Thank you soooo much Amy for all your help!!!!! This is so much fun!
